  1. What gave you the idea to start YourDailyTasks? Share your story.

Well, It all started in 2007 when one of my friends from Alaska, US asked me to work for him as a freelancer. I did work on his project for more than one year and discovered a bright future in this field. He introduced me with his few friends and get me some work from those guys. I was not even financially able to get my own laptop and I was working from an Internet café for him. I left my current job because of this and working for him 4 hours a day. I did this for 2 months and got a new laptop to work from home. It took me a week to convince my father to get me a laptop. I remember, it was Sunday; I bought my new laptop and new Internet connection. I started working in the night. On the very first night I did work on my own laptop, I decided to start my own company to help all small and Mid-size entrepreneurs like my friend.

  1. What are some of the services virtual assistants can offer?

We provide variety of services like Administrative, Research, Accounting, Social media, SEO, CL posting, Technical support, Transcription, content writing, web designing, web development, graphic designing, wordpress, personal tasks and anything which can be done over the www and on a PC

  1. What is the hiring process like, is there an interview with the VA involved?

Yes, Indeed! Clients can interview the VA before hiring them and check his skills. OR Normally once you sign up for a plan our Operations team will assign virtual assistant as per your requirements.

  1. How do you stay competitive with freelance sites when it comes to cost?

I can say, I don’t think freelancers are our competitors. Our rates are always high when compared to the freelancers but on the cost of that, We provide quality work to our customers, data and information security, dedication towards tasks, online tasks management system, customer can contact his VA via phone, email or chat anytime. We provide 24/7 services to our customers. I think, this is enough to beat freelancers. ☺

  1. What are your future plans for 2015 and beyond?

I must say it’s a personal question!

However, 2015 is going to be a great year for our company as well as Virtual Assistant Industry. We are going to conduct some training courses for our Virtual Assistants. Our main focus will be quality and efficiency. We will come up with many creative ideas to use virtual personal assistant to help in their business. Our target is to reduce client’s staffing cost and provide them best quality with no compromising.
